Energy Buyer

Job description:

Manage prices of energy for CEMEX in the Czech Republic:
• Analyze energy market for Electrical energy, Coal and Gas
• Propose and implements profitable solutions
• Daily cooperate with European procurement and with local plant management
• Negotiate with suppliers about terms, prices, margines, logistics
• Presentation of results to management

More details:
• Manage current contracts, fix prices, negotiation New Contract
• Achieve opportunities in Compensation (Renewable Energy, Grid Fees, DSR, Energy Efficiency)
• Follow up Budget, Consumption, Invoices
• Participate in Energy Associations, Energy Groups, Government’s advisors
• All above for electricity, gas and coal (where applicable)

Requirements:

• Technical or economical education
• Min. 3 years work experience, preferably in industrial area
• Experience with one of following: a/ energy trading, sales, distrubiotn or b/ energy buyer responsible for 10M€ or c/ energy saving project for industrial company or d/ advisor in energetic area with proven track record
• English min. B2 (opt. C1) + Czech C1
• Advanced Excel
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work in demanding international network
